Massive stocks of LTTE explosives, arms and ammunition, lethal weapons, sophisticated technical devices and other accessories continued to emerge as troops were busy clearing captured areas in the north and east of Puthukkudiyiruppu on yesterday(6) and today(7) morning said Sri Lanka Army.

1300 81mm illumination bombs,
1190 60mm mortar bombs,
80 81mm high explosive bombs,
20 Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs)
09 cutting chargers,
95 RPG rounds,
40 81mm improvised bombs,
25 82mm illumination bombs,
225 mines fuses,
25m length of detonator code,
02 claymore mines,
03 anti personnel mines,
01 hand grenade and 6m iron bar filled with explosives were found from Welipya, Thennimuuruppukulam and Puthukkudiyiruppu areas.
