LTTE plea to Norway

The pro-LTTE TamilNet reported on Thursday that Erik Solheim, Norwegian Minister for International Development and the representative of the Norwegian facilitator, discussed with the LTTE on Wednesday evening the plight of the civilians in Wanni.
